Interview with The Word Alive

New beginnings and eagerness to return.

The American metalcore quartet, The Word Alive, returns to Mexico City after seven years of absence. They will be presented this Friday, January 12 at the Indie Rocks Forum!and the vocalist of the group, Tyler ‘Telle’ Smithis excited about this return, in which they will share the stage with the Welsh band Holding Absence.

On our previous visit, we were promoting Dark Matter (2016) and it went very well for us. Hard Reset It has been the most successful album of our career. Since the last time we played for Mexican fans, our sound has evolved and our live shows have improved, we put a lot of effort into them and we have more successful songs.”
