From this Wednesday, January 24, the Palais des Festivals in Cannes is getting into tune by hosting the Midem+ music show. Discover the program.

The Midem+ (International Record and Music Publishing Market) completes the program for its 2024 edition, which will take place on January 24, 25, 26 and 27 in Cannes. An essential place for meetings between music professionals, this event welcomes more than 50 speakers in four days around conferences, master classes and concerts!

Artificial intelligence, private and public financing, streaming, CSR… all the issues in the world of music will be discussed around round tables and conferences with the aim of stimulating debate to lead to convergent points of view during privileged moments of exchange between decision-makers, copyright experts, political actors, investors from the cultural world , etc..

Artists and artificial intelligence (Thursday January 25)

Various musicians and producers come together to discuss artificial intelligence and its growing impact on the creative industry. In this session, speakers will highlight the many ways in which artificial intelligence is not only altering the creative process, but enhancing it. Speakers will discuss their experiences of the possibilities offered by AI-related tools, such as new sounds and images that enable a unique collaboration between the creativity of humans and the intelligence of machines.
