‘The last one’: Charlie USG uses the famous resource of Shakira and Bizarrap to dedicate a letter to his ex

Music news

It’s been a year since Bzrp Music Sessions, vol. 53 starring Shakira. However, phrases like “clearly”, “sorry I splashed you” either “You exchanged a Ferrari for a Twingo; a Rolex for a Casio” They have remained in our imagination and are already part of our daily conversations.

As if that were not enough, these types of resources—linguistic licenses—have served to inspire other artists, as has been the case with Abraham Mateo in The idea, or the last one made by Charlie USG. The man from Madrid has published a new single titled The last which, in essence, is a letter dedicated to one of his exes. And although the first verse opens by pointing out that “your name does not need to be said”, the end of a stanza is enough to reveal the name of its recipient: “Analyzing Good because you left. “Let some scientist come and explain to me why you said goodbye if you loved me.”

As he has pointed out on his social networks, this single “is about a person who is not going to return” and, curiously, “It is the last song on the album, but the one that starts the countdown of the album.” A debut album that arrives after Everything I finally dared to tell youa first EP with which he became known within the industry after becoming popular as a street musician.

In the lyric video that he has shared we can see him, precisely, walking along Gran VĂa and other streets in the center of Madrid, those that welcomed him and discovered him as an artist.
