This title will appear in What Happened To The Beach?next studio album from Declan McKenna. Its release is announced on February 9, 2024. We will also find “Sympathy” and “Nothing Works”, previously revealed. In this album, the young British artist learned to slow down to find his own rhythm. “Every time I tried to be too serious, the songs became too heavy and what I was trying to achieve, this idea of liberation, was also weighed down” he explains. Among the influences of this record, he notably cites St. Vincent and Unknown Mortal Orchestra.
The British artist will defend this record during a series of dates planned in France for spring 2024, at the conclusion of his next European tour. Places are available.
