Canadian punk rock band Sum 41 unveils a new single titled “Rise Up,” from their upcoming album.

“Rise Up” is taken from Heaven :x:Hell, next album Sum 41, scheduled for release on March 29. We also find the previously revealed single “Landmines”. Interviewed by the editorial staff, the frontman said about him:“It will be a double album called Heaven:x: Hell. The first disc, Heaven, is pop-punk, a bit like Does This Look Infected?. The second, Hell, is more metal and close to what we have been doing recently. (…) It happened by accident, I didn’t even know that I was going on an album while writing it. I write for other artists and during the pandemic, I have been in increasing demand. I decided to get a head start on the writing, and in doing so, I became attached to the pieces. So I decided to keep them. »
Sum 41 also announced that this album will be his last. Indeed, the group will go on a farewell tour after the release of this disc. The latter will include a unique visit to France, scheduled at the Paris la Défense Arena on November 23, 2024. If this concert is already sold out, live broadcasts will be organized across France.
