Sean Combs (Puff Daddy) accused of gang rape

Music news

An anonymous accuser has filed a lawsuit against Sean Combs, the former president of the Bad Boy label, and a third man.

Sean Combs, his longtime lieutenant Harve Pierre and a third unidentified man allegedly โ€œ collectively violated ยป a 17-year-old girl in Combs’ Manhattan recording studio in 2003, after the high school student absorbed ” large amounts of drugs and alcohol โ€, according to the explosive complaint filed Wednesday.

The new anonymous plaintiff (the fourth woman to accuse Sean Combs of sexual assault in three weeks) claims the men took turns raping her in the bathroom of Daddy’s House recording studio when she was a high school student and that Combs was 34 years old.

Combs vehemently denied the allegations in a statement released shortly after the suit was filed. โ€œ Enough is enough. For the past two weeks, I have sat in silence and watched people try to assassinate my morals, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Disgusting allegations have been made against me by people looking for a quick win. I want to be absolutely clear: I have not done any of the horrible things that I have been accused of. I will fight for my name, my family and the truth โ€œ, he wrote in the statement to WECB.

Attorney Douglas H. Wigdor filed the new lawsuit on behalf of the teen after representing R&B singer Casandra โ€œCassieโ€ Ventura in her Nov. 16 complaint against the rapper, whom she accused of serial sexual assault and human trafficking. An amicable agreement was announced the next day. The lawyer says Ms. Ventura’s claims were quickly corroborated by others and served as a catalyst for other accusers to speak out in solidarity. He wrote that he had been โ€œ trigger ” for the anonymous accuser to read Cassie’s allegations that she was forced to have sex with other men against her will, but that she now understood ” that she, too, had been a victim of sex trafficking and that Mr. Combs’ behavior, forcing women to have non-consensual sex, was not an isolated incident or unique to Ms. Ventura “.

In a statement to WECBWigdor claims that Sean Combs, Harve Pierre and the third unidentified defendant โ€œ preyed on a vulnerable teenager in a sex trafficking scheme that involved putting her under alcohol and flying her by private jet to New York where she was gang raped “. He adds that โ€œ the depravity of these abominable acts has, unsurprisingly, scarred (the victim) for life “.

Harve Pierre, who met Sean Combs at Howard University before working for him at Bad Boy Records, was the subject of another complaint on November 22. An executive assistant accused him of harassment and sexual assault between 2016 and 2017. (Mr. Pierre did not respond to a request for comment on the complaint).

Although Sean Combs has denied any wrongdoing, he resigned as chairman of his media company Revolt last week and was reportedly kicked out of the Harlem private school he co-founded.
