“What Do I Got To Lose?” » is his first solo single to be released in nine years. The singer is taking advantage of the opportunity that his next album will be available in 2024, without communicating further details. The previous single, “Temptation”, was present in Give’em Hell, his latest album, released in 2014. The former Skid Row singer co-signed this new track with Myles Kennedy (Alter Bridge, Slash) and Elvis Baskette (Mammoth WVH, Slash). The latter is also the producer of the song. On the orchestra side, we find Devin Bronson (Avril Lavigne, David Cook) on guitar, Todd Kerns (Slash) on bass and Jeremy Colson (Steve Vai) on drums.
