Discover all the groups present at the next edition of Hellfest, which will take place from June 27 to 30, 2024.

This Tuesday, November 28, the team of Hellfest Open Air reveals all the names present in its next edition, which has been sold out since October. See you in Clisson from June 27 to 30, 2024.

The first headliner revealed in October is none other than Foo Fighters, who will set foot on the Clisson stage for the first time. This will also be the first public concert for Dave Grohl and his band since 2018. They will take the opportunity to present But Here We Are, their latest album and the first to be released since the death of drummer Taylor Hawkins. To this illustrious group are added avenged sevenfoldwhich present the unexpected Life Is But A Dream… Thursday June 27, Machine Headwho will make his return after 12 years without Hellfest to present ØF KINGDØM AND CRØWNas well as Metallicawho was present to close the 2022 double edition.

With 179 groups, the poster is full of surprises. In fact, 99 of them will grace the Clisson stages for the first time. Thus, the Canadian group Heart freshly reformed and extremely rare in France, will make its comeback on the occasion of this new occasion. Among other rarities, the virtuoso guitarist Yngwie Malmsteen will give its first concert in France since 2005. Power metal fans will be able to appreciate the return of the Finns from Stratovariuswho had not come to Clisson since 2009.

On the rock side, Tom Morello, guitarist of Rage Against The Machine and Audioslave, will be present at Hellfest for the first time as a solo artist. It will be the same for Corey Taylor, who had already been invited to the festival with Slipknot and Stone Sour. Let us not forget the French Shaka Ponk, who will present their final album on the occasion of their first (and last?) appearance at the festival. On the extreme metal side, the Swedish legends of Dismember will be there, without forgetting I Am Morbidwhich will highlight the finest moments of Morbid Angel. Mr. BungleMike Patton’s crazy project, will give its first concert in France since 2000. Let’s not forget the emblematic figures of British electronic music from The Prodigywho will thus make their comeback on stage.

These exceptional artists will be added to those already announced Queens of the Stone Age, Royal Blood, Dropkick Murphys, The Offspringwithout forgetting Bruce Dickinson or Rhapsody of Fire. We also find the regulars Rival Sons, Body Count, Mass Hysteria, Accept, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes or Sodom.
