Daryl Hall vs. John Oates in court?

Music news

Daryl Hall is reportedly suing his bandmate John Oates.

This was reported by Philadelphia magazine, which writes that Hall would file his complaint against Oates, Aimee J. Oates and Richard Flynn in Nashville Chancery Court on Thursday, November 16.

The latter two defendants are labeled as co-trustees of the John W. Oates TISA Trust.

Hall’s lawsuit is currently secret, meaning very little information about its contents is public.
Online records, as reported by the magazine, would indicate that the case involves “contract/debt” and that a temporary restraining order would have been issued in the case.

The duo recently posted on Facebook the news of the release of a limited edition on white vinyl of their Christmas album Home For Chrsitmas
