The Colombian superstar moved the audience at the Latin Grammy Awards this Thursday, November 16, 2023, by inviting her sons Marlon and Sasha to perform with her on the track “Acróstico”.
The Latin Grammy Awards which took place yesterday in Seville, Spain, saw Colombian superstar Shakira triumph. The artist left the evening with three awards including those for best song of the year and best pop song for her collaboration with Bizarrap, “Shakira: BZRP Music Sessions #53”. She also won the trophy for best urban performance for “TQG” with Karol G.
Shakira dedicated her awards to her sons in her acceptance speeches. She promised them:to be happy from now on”. A message that echoes his recent separation from footballer Gerard PiquĂ©.

Marlon and Sasha so cute with their mom
The Colombian artist’s children, Milan and Sasha, were present in the audience at the Latin Grammy Awards. They even surprised the viewers of the show by coming to sing the song “AcrĂłstico” with their mother. After Shakira performed the beginning of the song, her boys, ages 11 and 9, showed off their cute vocals in a video.
Images that moved the audience and Internet users on social networks. Even though they weren’t on stage, the two sons proudly watched their mother’s performance and met the singer backstage afterwards.
