Iron Maiden singer Bruce Dickinson will be in concert at the Olympia (Paris) on May 26 to present his new solo album.

After being included in the first Hellfest 2024 announcement, Bruce Dickinson announces an exceptional concert scheduled for May 26 at the Olympia (Paris). Places will be available this Thursday, November 9 at 11 a.m. in pre-sale via the organizer’s website. General on-sale will take place on Friday, November 10 at the same time. His last solo concert in France was in 1998.

The singer also announces the release of the first extract from The Mandrake Project, scheduled for December 1st. Entitled “Afterglow of Ragnarok”, it will be released on 45 rpm vinyl, available for pre-order. It will include a demo version of the song “If Eternity Should Fail” on the B side. Fans ofIron Maiden know him, since he appears at the opening of the album The Book Of Soulsreleased in 2015.

The “Afterglow of Ragnarok” single will include an eight-page comic strip. Written by Tony Lee and illustrated by Staz Johnson, it precedes the story of the album. The plot of The Mandrake Project will be the subject of a series of 12 episodes brought together in three graphic novels. They will be launched in 2024.

This disc will be the first solo album of Bruce Dickinson to be released since Tyranny of Souls (2005).
