Shiva is finally free

“Freeeeeee” says Shiva in his Instagram Stories, which portray him in court, where he has just been revoked house arrest and replaced with the signing obligation.

With him there is Sfera Ebbasta, who exults for the newfound freedom of Shiva.

Now Shiva is no longer under house arrest, but will have to present himself regularly to the competent authorities to certify his presence. This measure, despite being decidedly less restrictive of house arrest, does not eliminate the legal consequences of the sentence already imposed.

Recall that on 10 July 2024, the Milan court had issued a sentence against Shiva, inflicting a six -year sentence, six months and twenty days of imprisonment. The crimes for which he had been judged included attempted murder, abusive port of arms and receiving stolen goods.
