The Mexican indie duo brings a new single.
I saw you in a planetarium integrated to Iika Serna and Alexis Ramos formed in 2021 in Teotihuacán, releases his single called “Moon”, a song that speaks from the place of someone waiting to be discovered, someone waiting for the person they love to finally look at them, a perfect song for these cloudy days and a walk through the city.
The duo will also premiere the video for the song today at 4:00 p.m. It was created from small video excerpts from the dates they had in October of this year and the editing was done by Marcos Hernandez.
The song continues exploring dream pop among the synths and of course those reverberant guitars, letting us know that little by little the duo is getting closer to what will be the basis of their sound as a musical project.
The cover of single was made by Iika Serna and keeps the same vibe that the duo has been presenting throughout their singles, with strong influences of vaporwave and VHS filters but this time captured on a canvas that allows you to see the textures of the work. In the image we can see three kittens floating in the universe as if they were heading to the “Moon”.
This premiere comes out in the middle of a raffle they are preparing for the 80 thousand views of their single “Queen of Spring” where they invite their fans and community to participate in two vinyls they made in conjunction with Black Pizza Mx a while ago, and where the duo’s first four songs are located.
