Jeanne Bellino is suing Steven Tyler, accusing him of assaulting her in 1975, when she was 17 years old.

A second woman has come forward claiming that Steven Tyler sexually assaulted her when she was a teenager, according to a complaint filed Thursday in New York.

Jeanne Bellino, a former model who says she met Steven Tyler in New York in the summer of 1975, when she was 17, claims in the complaint that the singer, then 27, violently assaulted her with two times on the only day they met.

Ms. Bellino claims to have met Mr. Tyler at the Warwick Hotel. After she and her friend met Tyler and several unnamed members of his entourage, they walked together along Sixth Avenue. While they were walking, Bellino allegedly asked Tyler a question about the lyrics of a song, which frustrated Tyler and led him to force her into a phone booth. “ While Tyler manhandled and groped the complainant, he mimed having sex with her. Other people stood outside the phone booth laughing and, while passersby watched and witnessed, no one in the entourage intervened.. »

Ms. Bellino eventually broke free and reportedly ran out of the cabin. “ Tyler’s teammates and entourage watched, laughed and did nothing to interfere », Specifies the complaint. Confused and in shock, Jeanne Bellino stayed with Tyler and his entourage because she depended on her friend to leave. According to the complaint, the group returned to the Warwick Hotel, where, again near the hotel bar, Tyler allegedly forcibly kissed Ms. Bellino and rubbed himself against her. Here again, the teenager would have resisted. She ” rushed to the door “, where a doorman ” pier » in a taxi outside the hotel and shouted at the driver to leave. When she returned home, Ms. Bellino said she immediately told her sister everything.

Since the incident, Ms. Bellino “ has suffered and will continue to suffer great physical and mental pain, severe and ongoing emotional distress, physical manifestations of emotional distress, embarrassment, humiliation, physical, personal and psychological injury ”, according to the complaint. Additionally, she was hospitalized and treated following the incident and still requires medication almost five decades later.

The lawsuit comes nearly a year after Julia Misley, formerly known as Julia Holcomb, filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles, accusing Mr. Tyler of sexually assaulting her when she was a teenager in the 1990s. 1970. Steven Tyler denied Ms. Misley’s allegations, although he did not deny having sexual relations with her.
