REPORT CARDS

Mew
A solid stage presence that captures attention without overdoing it. The song proves versatile, convincing both in the electro atmospheres and in the more intimate and delicate passages. Perhaps it lacks that spark that makes it memorable, but the potential is there.
Rating: 6.5o

Vale LP and Lil Jolie
A combination born from an authentic friendship, which shines through in the complicity and energy of the piece.
The song has an incredible ability to stay in your head: seemingly light, carefree, ye ye, but with a depth and relevance that emerges through its well-constructed metaphor. A balance between immediacy and striking meaning.
Rating: 7.00

Alex Wyse
More pop star than rock star, but with a presence that doesn't disappoint. The song, with a reference to Seventies sounds, manages to be nostalgic without sounding dated. His voice holds up well and enhances a chorus that opens up and conquers.
Rating: 6.50

Selmi
An intimate and introspective song, which starts on tiptoe with a whispered story and then explodes into a full-throated, soulful song. The approach is vaguely reminiscent of Tananai, with that combination of fragility and intensity that conquers.
Rating: 6.50

Angelica Bove
With retro sounds that evoke timeless atmospheres, Angelica takes us to a Milan that is the backdrop to a love transformed into melancholy. The song fascinates with elegance, and his interpretation manages to involve.
Rating: 6.75

September
A song with all the characteristics to shine on a stage like Sanremo. Refined pop, well sung and interpreted with awareness. A solid proposal, which is not surprising but confirms expectations. A certainty of quality.
Rating: 6.75

Maria Tomba
A light but pleasant electro-pop, which tells a story of love and passion without pretensions to depth. The strong point is the flow of the song, fun and dynamic, which manages to involve despite the simplicity of the whole.
Rating: 6.75

Etra
A love ballad constructed with care, in which the notes rise and amplify, giving an emotional crescendo. However, the song feels rather predictable and fails to stand out clearly, leaving an impression of déjà-vu.

Rating: 6.25
