Music news

Kendrick Lamar doesn't fail to be number one in the USA. The Compton rapper debuts directly with “Gnx” (READ THE REVIEW) at number one on the Billboard 200.

This success marks the fourth consecutive time that a Kendrick Lamar studio album has debuted at number one, after “Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers“, “DAMN” and “To Pimp a Butterfly”. Also parallel projects like Untitled Unmastered. and Black Panther: The Album had reached the top of the chart.

The song Squabble Up is not only a highlight of the album, but also represents a new milestone for Lamar, becoming his third number one song of 2024, after Not Like Us and Like That.
