The release of A$AP Rocky's Don't Be Dumb has been postponed

The release of A$AP Rocky's highly anticipated album Don't Be Dumb has once again been pushed back to a later date.

The album was initially announced in December 2022, then at Rocky's first fashion show in June 2024, when he announced it would be released at the end of August, then it was pushed back to the fall, but apparently it won't be released.

Over the weekend, many fans began posting notifications on social media that their pre-orders for the Don't Be Dumb vinyl had been canceled and refunded.

Why doesn't the disc come out? In August Rocky explained on X that there were problems with the samples and with the various leaks of the album and that his intention is to release his best album ever. Indeed, after the Drake diss, after Highjack and Tailor Swif, it seemed like he was preparing the ground for dropping, but apparently not.

I think that, despite being a world famous rapper, A$AP Rocky, is trying to test the waters and that he doesn't feel confident about dropping, maybe because he hasn't released a record in 6 years and maybe because he isn't sure he will be able to have a prominent place in continued musical releases.
