Young Thug has been released

Young Thug accepted a plea deal in the YSL RICO case and was released yesterday (October 31) after pleading guilty to gang involvement, drug and firearms charges.

According to the New York Times, the decision was made after the judge sentenced the rapper to 15 years of probation.

It's not clear what the judge will decide when he issues the final sentence, nor what Young Thug's deal entails, but it is known that this is a non-negotiated appeal, which means the judge will have to issue the final sentence.
