Video Interview - FASK: “HOTEL ESISTENZA” is the place of our mind

“HOTEL ESISTENZA” is the title of the seventh studio album by FAST ANIMALS AND SLOW KIDS.

A new album that arrives three years after 2021's “È Giacomo Domino” and marks a greater awareness and lyrical and sonic maturation of the Perugian band.

We met FASK and asked them to tell us about the album and its surroundings.

“Hotel Esistenza” is our new album, it contains the last three years of our lives, between changes and things that will never change.

In short, a lot of life and a lot of growth that now flows into “HOTEL ESISTENZA”, a title that already projects us into a series of reasoning that range from the comparison between young life and adult life, the concept of normal/abnormal in our lives and in society, the limits, the thousand mechanisms of relationships of whatever type they are.
In summary, the universal experience of existence

It is an album that contains within itself various aspects of our music, like hotel rooms furnished differently but designed in the same way.

It's a record made of songs that talk about parties to escape from, highways that take you home and the hell we have inside.

Hotel Essistenza is a place in our mind where anyone who wishes can enter. We hope it can make you feel at home, at least for one night.”
