INTERPOL ANTICS 20th Anniversary Reprint Coming

Music news

Interpol celebrate the 20th anniversary of their second album, “Antics”, first released on September 27, 2004.

To celebrate the occasion, the band and Matador Records have released a new digital reissue, including the album, the new b-side “Direction” (digitally exclusive), and a previously unheard or seen recording of the band’s legendary 2005 performance at the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City.

Released in 2004, Antics helped establish Interpol as one of the most influential bands of their generation. The album’s dark, atmospheric soundscapes and frontman Paul Banks’ unmistakable vocals spawned iconic tracks like “Slow Hands,” “Evil,” and “C’mere.” Antics continues to resonate with fans around the world, establishing itself as a modern classic.
