Continue to dig into the rich career of Motorhead with their next box set. Titled We Take No Prisonersit will bring together the singles released by the legendary British group from 1995 to 2006. This covers the albums Sacrifice (1995), Overnight Sensation (1996), Snake Bite Love (1998), We Are Motorhead (2000), Hammered (2002), Inferno (2004) and Kiss of Death (2006). From Sacrifice onwards, Motörhead had decided to become a trio again, after nine years as a quartet, following the departure of guitarist Michael “Würzel” Burston.
This will be an opportunity to discover or rediscover gems from this period, such as the powerful “Take the Blame,” the acoustic “Whorehouse Blues” or the moving “God Was Never On Your Side.” In addition to these pieces, there are some live rarities, such as the great classic “RAMONES,” not to mention the extremely rare single edit version of “I Don't Believe A Word.” There is also an interview dating from 2004 with drummer Mikkey Dee and guitarist Phil Campbell.
This compilation will be available from October 25, in double-CD, nonuple-vinyl and dematerialized format.
