Belén Aguilera presents the cover and date of ‘Thelma & Louise’, her long-awaited collaboration with Julieta

Music news

In January 2023, Belén Aguilera joined the producer duo Kickbombo to give us CO-PILOT: a song that served as a link between what had been their second album, SUPERPOPand what was to come, Metanoia.

Just over a year later, This perfect tandem has met again in the recording studio with an added component: Julietathe Catalan pop star, giving shape to what we already saw last October when The two shared a photo together in front of the microphones.

And just a few hours ago Belén Aguilera used her social networks to share the cover and release date of her next single, Thelma & Louise, a collaboration that we were already able to hear live at the end of last year during the start of the Metanoia Tour in Madrid and Barcelona. His fans can rest assured, because This Friday, March 8, the song will hit the platforms.

Again, a song that acts as an intermediate step in Belén’s trajectory: a stop along the way in which to continue experimenting with pop music, synthesizers and electronics while preparing what will become his third album, which he has already commented on more than one occasion will have more mature lyrics and sound.

On the cover we once again find the blur of CO-PILOT while they introduce us to their protagonists in close-up. Of course, just letting us see his lips. A green corset and a fur vest complete the equation.

As we mentioned, we were already able to hear the song live: “love is not in Paris, I don’t want another scar, one last face to face, I will be the best actress. Love is not in Paris, I don’t want another scar, it will be like in Thelma and Louise” is the refrain we discovered in the capital.

In this way, the song joins the list of songs that the Catalan has released since December. Almost topic per month, MR. HYDE, LOLITA and THELMA & LOUISE They show us that Belén Aguilera is at her best. Will you give us the Wizink Center announcement at some point this year? We can only wait. Greyhound, werewolf or chameleon, this 2024 is yours.

And you, do you want to listen to this collaboration?
