The most notable absence from the Ultra Music Festival 2024

Music news

The electronic music festival Ultra Music has confirmed in different phases a good part of the line-up of performances that will shake the Bayfront Park of the American city on March 22, 23 and 24. But beyond the gigantic list of artists there is a notable absence that the public was noticing on social networks: Carl Cox.

And it was the artist himself who, through his social networks, confirmed the news that he will not be part of the UMF 2024 performance lineup. The DJ has a powerful reason for not being present although he has already guaranteed his presence for 2024.

“Hey, team! You may have noticed that I’m not on the bill for Ultra Miami next month, so here’s the explanation. Although I’ve loved playing Ultra Miami 19 times in the last 22 years, I don’t I’ll do this time because I’m taking the opportunity to play some amazing events around the world. But don’t worry – I’m preparing something extra special for my headlining set at the Ultra Music Festival 2025where we are going to celebrate its enormous 25th anniversary!” the artist began explaining on his official Instagram account.

“I’m definitely going to miss seeing you all there this year, but I’m happy to announce that you can catch me at RESISTANCE Miami on M2 on May 3rd… More to come very soon! And to my Australian team, mark your calendars! You can see me playing my first show at ULTRA Australia in Melbourne on April 13, 2024, less than two months away! Oh yeah đŸ˜Žâ€ïž” the artist concluded through his social networks.

The line-up of performances at the Ultra Music Festival includes great artists of the genre such as Afrojack, Alan Walker, Armin Van Buuren, Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Eric Prydz, Hardwell, Martin Garrix, Oliver Heldens, Oliver Heldens, Steve Aoki, Tiesto…

UMF 2024 will be held from March 22 to 24, 2024. The event will foster a shared vision of sustainable coexistence in the heart of downtown, to demonstrate that Miami remains the dance music capital of the world (at least on US soil ).
