“Les Enfoirés”: Soprano confides in the importance of Restos du Cœur in his youth

Music news

Soprano is back in the Enfoirés troupe, this Friday March 1st on TF1, for an event concert. In the show “Grands Reportages” behind the scenes of the show, the rapper makes touching confidences about his family, who have benefited from Restos du coeur in the past.

An iconic member of Les Enfoirés since 2016, Soprano continues to be present on stage to support the Restos du Cœur. It must be said that the big-hearted Marseillais knows well how the association works. As a child, accompanied by his family, he already went to one of the centers to be entitled to free hot meals. A revelation that he shared again in a report behind the scenes of the 2024 Enfoirés concert, in Bordeaux.

In these images from “Grand Reportage”, on TF1, broadcast this Saturday February 24, we discover the interpreter of “Cosmo” in an interview who reacts with emotion to the 35th year of Les Enfoirés concerts. A commitment that touches his heart.

I have already benefited from Restos du Cœur when I was younger with members of my family.», reveals Soprano.

Soprano: a united artist

Soprano has never hidden the fact that he lived in the poor neighborhoods of Marseille when he was younger. The French artist does not forget his difficult past and his money problems. “A few years ago, my cousin and I were able to eat thanks to Restos du coeur, so I know the importance of these associations in someone’s life, revealed Soprano in the columns of Purepeople, in 2021, then sponsor of the 35th edition of the Telethon. But I believe that this altruism comes mainly from my mother who lives in the Comoros. I always saw him taking in orphans at home. And she does it again! When I ask her about it, she tells me: ‘I saw them in the street, they weren’t eating, I couldn’t stay and do nothing.’ She served as an example to me and taught me not to be insensitive to the misfortunes of others.»

The public will be able to see Soprano on stage during the annual Enfoirés concert, this Friday March 1 on TF1. The show was recorded, between January 17 and Monday, January 22, at the Arkéa Arena in the city of Bordeaux.

Called “Enfoirés 2024, we’re 35 years old!”, the show brings together nearly 50 artists including Vianney, Zazie, Lara Fabian, Jenifer, Claudio Capéo, Patrick Bruel, Matt Pokora, Santa, and even Slimane…
