The original band of Melbourne, Australia, Glass Beams has released his single “Mahal“, a song that serves as the spearhead for his next self-titled EP, scheduled for March 22 under the label Ninja Tune. A material which promises to captivate lovers of experimental music with its distinctive touch.

This single showcases the trio’s ability to fuse musical elements from East and West, creating a unique sound experience that takes the listener on a fascinating journey across cultures and genres.

Inspired by the cultural roots of the founding member Rajan Silva and its deep connection with traditional Indian music, this project represents a natural evolution in the trio’s creative trajectory.

Although little is known about the group’s members, a factor that adds a certain aura of mystery, speculation and intrigue to their music, their focus on the fusion of musical styles and their connection with India have sparked the interest of audiences around the world.

After the success of their debut EP Mirage in 2021, Glass Beams has cemented his position in the music scene with hypnotic performances and a growing fan base around the world.
