Usher performed decades of hits during the Super Bowl halftime show, with numerous guests.
Usher headlined the Super Bowl LVIII halftime show at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Sunday, with a performance spanning his entire career and including some of the biggest hits in contemporary R&B of the last 20 years.
Usher kicked things off with “ Caught Up ”, while a group of dancers transformed the field into a true celebration of dance. The set included several surprise guests, including Alicia Keys, who joined him at a red piano. They sang a duet “ If I Ain’t Got You ”, before continuing with “ My Boo “.

He also continued with his ballads, including “ My Confessions, Pt. II ” And ” U Got It Bad “, where he performed shirtless with the help of a band including HER on guitar.

Lil Jon then showed up to perform “ Turn Down For What » before Usher launches into his iconic “ Yeah! », which also features Lil Jon. The finale was marked by the presence of an entourage of musicians scattered on the field and on the stage, including a huge brass section, while Ludacris also added his verse on Usher’s enormous hit.

Usher is no stranger to Las Vegas shows, as his halftime performance comes just two months after his 100-show My Way residency ended last December. The singer took advantage of the enthusiasm generated by the show at the beginning of the week to release his ninth album, Coming HomeFriday.

While this is the first time he’s headlined the Super Bowl, it’s not the first time he’s participated in the event. In 2011, he made a brief appearance during the Black Eyed Peas’ famous halftime show, descending on AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, to perform “OMG,” his 2010 collaboration with Will.i.am .
Earlier this week, Usher hinted at a star-studded guest list for the halftime show. He introduced the show with a short film featuring Ludacris, Lil Jon, Taraji P. Henson, Apple CEO Tim Cook, J Balvin and Anderson .Paak, among others, all engaged in a race against time to find the singer in Las Vegas before his halftime show.
