Star Beyoncé surprised everyone during the Super Bowl this Sunday, February 11, by announcing the release of a new album of which she revealed two extracts.

Queen B is back. Four months after the end of her world tour, Beyoncé announces the release of a new album. And this new project could well disconcert his fans. Indeed, through short films broadcast during the final of the American football championship, the interpreter of “Single Ladies” presented the successor to “Renaissance”.

Conceived as a sequel to this previous album released in 2022, it takes a country direction. This is what the extracts revealed this Sunday reveal, starting with the explicit “Texas Hold ‘Em”, as well as “16 Carriages”. A return to the origins for the Houston-born singer. Stetson and cowboy boots, the RnB star plays the country music card, very popular currently in the United States, like the colossal success of Taylor Swift, but also Miley Cyrus or the legendary Dolly Parton. Moreover, Jay-Z’s wife announced the color during the 66th Grammy Awards ceremony, which took place on February 4 in Los Angeles, where she wore a cowboy look.

As a teaser, Beyoncé released a video paying homage to the 1984 film “Paris, Texas” by Win Wenders. This new album, announced for March 29, is a continuation of “Renaissance” presented upon its release, it two years ago, as a “three-act” project.
