Swedish singer Zara Larsson returns this Friday, February 9, to the forefront with a new album. Called “VENUS”, this new opus mixes disco, pop and house.
She has been compared to Rihanna but make no mistake: Zara Larsson only looks like herself. Since her explosion in 2013 with her single “Uncover,” a moving anthem about a breakup, the 26-year-old Swedish singer has imposed her sensual voice, authenticity and beautiful face on the pop landscape. After three superb albums and collaborations with David Guetta and Clean Bandit, the artist signs a new chapter in his life. This Friday, February 9, 2024, she is releasing a new album as languorous as it is daring, “VENUS”. A record which, as its name suggests, speaks of love and pays tribute to the power of women.

“ The whole album, even if it has moments of vulnerability, remains very linked to my feminine energy. I feel strong, I feel powerful », she confided last January at the microphone of WECB. 12 tracks make up this new record, and Zara Larsson has already shared four of them: “Can’t Tame Her”, “End Of Time”, “You Love Who You Love” and “On My Love”. The latter, in collaboration with David Guetta, has established itself around the world thanks to 80 million streams on Spotify. “ I love working with him. I would like to do it again and again”, she shared during her interview.
Faithful to his style, the pieces illustrate the artist’s strength to create moving melodies on the piano (“The Healing”) or with more electro accents (“None Of These Guys”) perfectly cut out for nightclubs.
These songs will be on the program of his “Venus Tour”, a major tour which will stop in Paris for a concert at the Trianon on February 24!
