21 SAVAGE announces two Italian dates: Tuesday 16 July at Rock in Rome and Saturday 29 June at I-DAYS MILANO at the Snai San Siro Hippodrome.
The two Italian events are part of the dates of a tour that will bring the Anglo-American artist to the most important European stages in 2024.
Tickets for 21 Savage’s live show at Rock in Roma will be on sale from tomorrow Tuesday 30 January at midday for Mylivenation subscribers, while general presale will open on Wednesday 31 January also at midday.
21 Savage is among the most eclectic and sought-after rappers on the global urban scene. Inserted at the top of the Billboard charts since his debut in 2016 with the EP “Savage Mode” – certified platinum in 2020 – he started a successful artistic journey that continues to rise. The album “i am > i was” in addition to being certified as Platinum and the first position in the Billboard 200 Albums Chart, obtained a Grammy nomination for the Best Rap Album category and the victory in the Best Rap Song with the song “ A lot”. The album “Her Loss” (2022), created in collaboration with Drake, also reached the top of the Billboard 200 chart, totaling more than 3 billion total streams to date.
On January 12, 2024 he released his third solo studio album, “American Dream”, which debuted at number one on the Billboard US sales chart and which contains the soundtrack to his first film project: “American Dream: the 21 Savage story”. The film, directed by Donald Glover, Stephen Glover, Jamal Olori and Fam Udeorji and produced by Tara Razavi and Udeorji, traces the story of three generations of 21 Savage (Glover, McLaughlin) in the midst of a personal crisis.
In 2018, 21 Savage, born Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, established the Leading by Example foundation through which he is committed to providing financial literacy education to disadvantaged youth. The association operates internationally offering scholarships, access to bank accounts and insertion into the world of work for teenagers and students.
