This is the fourth album that Taylor Swift has re-recorded, after ” Fearless “, ” Red ” And ” Speak Now “.

We had to wait a long time to see it happen 1989 (Taylor’s Version) by Taylor Swift. This is the fourth album she has re-recorded out of the six previously owned by Big Machine Records.

Swift announced the new release in August, during the final stop of her Eras tour in Los Angeles. The new version includes five previously unreleased tracks, including one co-written by Diane Warren. She worked on the other four with Jack Antonoff.

This is the second re-recorded album released by Swift this year, following Speak Now released in July. New versions of Fearless and of Red were released in 2021. In the meantime, she released Midnightsan entirely new album.
